The SAS Integration Technologies driver for JDBC (MVADriver) fails if more than 10 libraries are assigned by using the driver's librefs property. If you are using SAS BI Dashboard, the connection might fail if there are more than 10 libraries listed in one JDBC data source definition (.dsx) file.

When the connection fails, the following exception will be printed in the log:

    java.sql.SQLException: Unable to establish a connection: Unable to establish a  
                           connection: Error occurred assigning libref: 10  

As a circumvention, you must assign fewer than 10 libraries. If you need to specify more than 10 libraries, then you can assign the libraries with an autoexec file that is assigned in the workspace server configuration file.
